Need for website technical support
After unsuccessful cooperation with the original website developer, the client needed a new technical support team that would be able to react quickly to troubleshoot and improve functionality. It was also necessary to resolve long-standing technical issues as quickly as possible.

The project took over technical support work from an existing online shop – updates, new features, bug fixes. In addition, the online shop was migrated to a more modern and user-friendly warehouse system.

Project challenge
The biggest challenge in this project was to fix problems with the existing website that were caused by non-compliance with best practices. An in-depth study of the website was carried out to find the smartest approach to implementing the changes. The challenge was accepted and the objective was achieved.
Challenge
The modified modules of the website caused problems for the core functions as their code was not in line with best practice and made it difficult to get help from the module developers. Changes to modules that had not been updated for a long time broke the site after the latest updates, significantly affecting functionality. In addition, the old warehouse system and the extensive product range required a careful migration to a new solution.
Solution
To sort out the modified modules, we carried out a complete study of them and identified the incorrectly modified ones. In the test environment, we checked the compatibility of each module by flagging the non-functional ones when installing updates. We analysed and fixed each module in turn, in order of priority, until we had a stable and update-adapted website.
Results achieved
The project restored the technical stability of the website by investigating key components. The result was a significant improvement in loading times and ease of use. At the same time, a more modern warehousing system was integrated to ensure full product synchronisation.
