Website to promote and sell the event
The main goal of the event organisers was to ensure the popularity of Hill Climb Latvia Drag Race, attract participants, supporters and visitors. Ours was to provide them with an efficient platform to achieve these goals – registration, ticket sales, results, etc.

Our team researched the client’s business needs and goals to provide an effective solution to achieve them using efficient digital solutions. The website was built on the WordPress platform, using a design template that was adapted to the visual identity of the event and the client’s individual needs during the development process.

Project challenge
One of the biggest challenges of the project was to meet the relatively tight deadline for the website development in order to start promoting the event, attracting supporters and launching ticket sales as soon as possible.
Challenge
The biggest challenge of this project was to establish an effective communication process, definition of work tasks and implementation of solutions. Before we started working together, the client was used to handing over work tasks and communicating directly with the programmer. Unfortunately, this model of cooperation did not bring the expected results.Therefore, we proposed to work according to our method and work processes in the development of this project.
Solution
We offered the client the opportunity to test and implement more efficient project delivery methods and processes. For each stage of the project development, we engaged a knowledgeable specialist – UX specialist, designer, programmer. The entire website development was managed by an experienced project manager, who ensured effective communication between the client and the specialists.

When designing the website, we took into account the visual guidelines of the client’s brand. We offered design solutions that fully correspond to the idea, purpose and target audience of the advertised event.
