After the original website developer stopped supporting the project, the client needed a new technical partner who could quickly step in, resolve ongoing issues, and improve site functionality. Our task was to stabilize the website, fix long-standing technical problems, and provide reliable ongoing support.

We took over technical support for the existing online store, handling updates, feature improvements, and bug fixes. The project also included migrating the store to a more modern and user-friendly warehouse and inventory management system.

Project overview

The project focused on fixing issues on the existing website caused by outdated and incorrectly modified components. After a full technical review, we implemented improvements that stabilized the site and restored reliable performance.

Challenge

Custom modifications to website modules had gradually broken core functionality, making maintenance difficult and updates risky. Several modules were outdated, and updates often caused new issues. In addition, the existing warehouse system and large product catalog required a careful migration to avoid data loss and service interruptions.

Solution

We performed a full audit of all modified modules, tested them in a controlled environment, and identified incompatibilities before deploying updates. Each module was reviewed, corrected, and updated in stages based on priority, resulting in a stable website that can now be safely maintained and updated going forward.

The project restored website stability through a full technical review and key improvements that significantly increased loading speed and usability. A modern warehouse system was also integrated to keep product data fully synchronized.
