Project challenge
The main challenge of this project was to find an effective solution for the design of the information architecture plan. This challenge is related to the sector in which the company operates and to the habits of Internet users.
Challenge
One of the biggest challenges of the project was to identify suitable keywords, as there are no clear search volumes for popular keywords in the sector. Although users use words such as “delivery” to search for information, their real intent is often to find a company that provides a particular service, such as cooking or selling flowers.
Solution
Based on the keyword research as well as the results of the industry research, we focused on the selection of specific, relevant keywords. This ensured that users could clearly understand the content of the website and that the website could be found in Google search results with relevant keywords.
A well-thought-out framework for website usability and development
Before programming the website, we carried out analytical research – we planned the information architecture and developed wireframes. We defined the content logic, block layout and user-friendly navigation, ensuring the website’s ease of use and alignment with the company’s goals.
