Project overview
This project required more than external SEO work. Long-standing technical issues were holding the website back, so the focus shifted to stabilizing the platform and improving its technical foundation alongside SEO optimization.
Challenge
The client’s online store was large and affected by accumulated technical problems, including speed, UX, and structural issues that hurt both performance and search rankings. Ongoing work from previous developers also made fixes slower and more complex to implement.
Solution
We reorganized technical priorities and ran SEO and platform improvements in parallel. While SEO specialists worked on optimization, developers handled technical fixes and maintenance, allowing both performance and organic traffic to improve without disrupting daily operations.
