Challenges we overcome with effective solutions
Due to the complexity and size of the project, various risks were identified, which we planned to manage and address during the analytical phase of the project.
Challenge
The client’s need for an e-commerce platform was driven by a shift in trends, with people making more purchases digitally. Aware of the business needs, the biggest challenges of the project were the large number of product categories, an outdated warehouse system with incomplete information, the need for complex filters and different clothing sizing systems.
Solution
A suitable e-commerce platform was developed, which is easy to use on mobile devices and via a computer. To facilitate product management, a product import was created, allowing the necessary number of products to be uploaded at one time. The e-commerce platform and the warehouse system were also synchronised so that the actual number of products was visible both in the physical store and in the e-store
