The new Montessori online store was designed to make shopping simple for returning customers while also attracting new visitors. The store structure and content were developed following SEO best practices to improve visibility in Google Search results.

Project overview
The project focused on improving how the ecommerce store works for both customers and the internal team, making shopping easier while simplifying product and order management behind the scenes.
Challenge
One of the biggest challenges was transferring product data from the previous ecommerce system without losing information or creating extra manual work. At the same time, the store needed simpler processes so products could be managed efficiently on a daily basis.
Solution
We built a structured Google Sheet import system for WooCommerce products, allowing the client to update product data in bulk and automatically import it into the ecommerce store.
A store design inspired by calm and curiosity
The ecommerce store design was inspired by Montessori principles, using light colours, soft shapes, and a simple layout that feels calm and easy to use. Parents can quickly find what they need, while the design keeps a gentle sense of playfulness that fits the products themselves.
