24/7 rental and collection of electrical equipment
Based on WooCommerce, we developed a modern e-commerce platform that automates the rental of electrical equipment and integrates with the Qeeper storage cabinet. The solution allows the service to operate 24/7 without administrator involvement.
Customers can arrange rentals remotely and collect equipment at any time using a QR code, making the entire process fast, flexible, and self-service.

Scope of work
The project placed strong emphasis on usability and flexibility for both administrators and end users. Work began with research and information architecture, followed by the implementation of custom technical solutions within the administration panel.
We extended and customized core WordPress and WooCommerce functionality, developing tailored features and integrations that transformed the rental process into a fully automated, self-service platform.

Project overview
The project was built around a completely new business idea for the Latvian market. The goal was to create an autonomous equipment rental service that operates without administrator involvement and allows customers to independently complete the entire process, from booking to equipment return.
The platform needed to be stable, secure, and capable of supporting all stages of the rental workflow without manual intervention.
Challenge
The client’s concept had not been implemented locally before. This meant the entire rental process had to be designed from the ground up. Key challenges included defining all required workflows, identifying necessary functionality, anticipating potential risks, and validating the system through development and testing.
Solution
We designed the rental processes from scratch, identified potential risks early, and built safeguards to address them. The platform was developed on WooCommerce and extended with custom features and integrations to support a fully automated rental experience.
Homepage
The homepage was designed as an informational entry point that clearly introduces the new rental service. A minimalist visual style combined with clear navigation helps users quickly understand how the service works and what is being offered.
