We took over development of an unfinished online store, reviewed the business processes, and improved the design and functionality to make the store ready for real use.

Challenge
The existing ecommerce platform contained bugs and structural issues that made product management and order processing difficult. In addition, the store was not properly synchronized with the warehouse system, creating operational problems that needed to be resolved.
Solution
- Working closely with the client, we reviewed business processes,
- analyzed the ecommerce platform from both customer and employee perspectives
- and updated or rebuilt parts of the system to improve stability and store administration.
