Project challenge
The biggest challenge of the project was the short deadline for the website. To deliver on time, we needed a precise plan, identification of operational risks, quick decision-making, efficient information exchange with the client and a cohesive teamwork.
Challenge
The main challenge of the project was to meet the strict deadlines – the website had to be developed between December and the end of February, while ensuring that the chosen solution would allow the client to easily extend and maintain it in the future.
Solution
Thanks to the experience and expertise of our team, we successfully developed and published the new website in time. We used the Elementor editor to create the website, which provides easy administration for the client without the involvement of a programmer, for example by allowing new blocks to be added easily.
Highlighting what matters most to the target audience
A trusted website for our client’s target audience. To avoid duplication of effort in adding information found in other resources and to reduce the risk of errors, the output of certain data is done through integration with the Airtable database.
