Booking Website for Outdoor Group and Individual Classes
A new website was developed to support ecommerce functionality for individual and group outdoor classes. As part of the project, we adapted the design template to the company’s visual identity and built a structured, user-friendly booking and payment system.
Scope of Work
Special attention was given to adapting the design template so it matched the company’s identity and values. This turned a standard WordPress theme into a professional website with a more individual look and feel.
The project also included setting up a booking and payment system, so customers can move from interest to reservation without back-and-forth coordination. Training was provided after launch so the team could manage website updates independently.

Project Overview
This project involved more than building a new website. It also required reorganizing how bookings, payments, and customer communication were handled in day-to-day operations. The goal was to move from a mostly manual process to a more structured online service system while keeping a personal approach to clients.
Challenge
Before the new website, the business operated through a simple landing page. Bookings, customer communication, invoicing, and service coordination were handled manually through calls and email.
This created unnecessary administrative work, limited scalability, and made the customer experience heavily dependent on response times and manual coordination. The challenge was to introduce a more automated process without losing the personal nature of the service.
Solution
We developed a complete online booking and payment solution where services could be viewed, reserved, and paid for directly through the website. Automatic order processing and email notifications were added to create a more predictable customer flow.
As a result, day-to-day administrative work was significantly reduced. Customers can now book and pay independently, while the team can focus more on delivering services rather than coordinating requests manually.

The homepage was designed as a focused introduction to the services, balancing aesthetics with functionality. Natural visual elements and a calmer design direction were used to reflect the brand identity while keeping the website professional and easy to navigate.
